COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
In most cases, the QRC only collects information which is necessary for use in relation to your Club membership account, to provide services to you or to comply with the law. This information may include details such as your name, address, contact information and credit card details. The purposes for which the QRC collects and uses your information includes complying with legislative and regulatory requirements, providing services to you, performing administrative functions and advising you about other services, facilities or events.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You will appreciate that the QRC may need to disclose personal information to other organisations in connection with your membership, for the staging of functions and events and for a range of other administrative reasons. The types of organisations to which the QRC may disclose this information include regulatory bodies, contractors and professional advisors who assist the QRC in providing its services and their respective insurers. The information the QRC provides to other organisations will be strictly limited to what is required to stage the event, conduct QRC operations or comply with the law.
